Defections. <br />One can expect to witness, <br />Many more of them. <br />Abandoning a senselessness... <br />A foolishness fostered in to begin. <br /> <br />The onslaught of reality, <br />Has set in. <br />And what is needed to heal and mend... <br />Is a unity of thought. <br />Freed from a loss of common sense, <br />Indecisiveness welcomed with persistence... <br />More are wishing now to dismiss, <br />As if it had not existed! <br /> <br />And those who insist to float on a sinking ship... <br />Are too narrow minded, <br />With beliefs that will keep them afloat... <br />Supported by an ignorance, <br />That remains to leave them adrift. <br /> <br />And those defections are clearly rejections, <br />Of maintaining a stance... <br />That has a zero chance to survive. <br />Especially when truth unlocked out of its confinement, <br />Has come to reveal itself for what it is. <br />In the sight of those who now have opened eyes.<br /><br />Lawrence S.
