Two truck loads there needs splitting <br />There's a storm coming in <br />Helped to cut and haul <br />The rest is left to me again <br />Oh sure he'll get me started <br />Won't leave until the engine runs <br />Be back to help in a half hour means <br />I'll be gone all night until you get this done <br />Blizzard on the way <br />More of bitter cold <br />I'd leave it all to him <br />If we had a place to go <br />But they have school in the morning <br />Can't leave their animals behind <br />This is a night the drunk will just sleep <br />If this is the price to be ignored <br />Guess I don't mind <br />No I don't get manicures <br />Extra is made by work like this <br />Still I have to scheme to get some from him <br />to take care of our kids <br />For two days could barely walk <br />Knees hurt to bend <br />Hands felt like they were separating <br />from where my wrists end <br />Sat to watch for the afternoon bus <br />An excuse to soothe the pain <br />Shocked out of a moments comfort <br />by the scream 'I see you're on your ass again!
