In fact I was recently in Ireland, and at a cocktail lounge there they listed the "Buena Vista Irish Coffee" on their menu.<br /><br />Watch on Small Screen: http://www.smallscreennetwork.com/video/54/cocktail_spirit_irish_coffee/<br /><br />Recipe:<br />4 oz Coffee<br />2 tsp sugar<br />1 oz Irish Whiskey<br /><br />Instructions:<br />Pour coffee into warmed Irish Coffee glass or mug.<br />Add sugar and stir to dissolve.<br />Add whiskey.<br />Top with whipped cream.
