I'm gonna run and not look back, <br />I don't know where I'm going just following the train tracks, <br />It's getting hard to breath, <br />Are you still chasing me? <br /> <br />My feet are in sync with my heartbeat, <br />I think it's a pretty melody. <br />My mind is clear, <br />And you're nowhere near. <br /> <br />My hands begin to shake, <br />I don't know why. <br />It's no where close cold, <br />I begin to cry. <br /> <br />I keep running and crying, <br />For no apparent reason, <br />The leaves are red and yellow, <br />It's about to change season. <br /> <br />The sun is in the middle of the sky, <br />All that's running through my mind is, <br />Why, why, why? <br />I'll answer myself with a lie. <br /> <br />My face is numb, <br />I'm not focused on that, <br />I can see the end of the train tracks. <br /> <br />Did I just run myself to the end of nowhere? <br />All I can do is answer with a tear. <br /> <br />Im 12, i hope i drew a picture with words, thanks for reading!<br /><br />paige mee<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/train-tracks-to-no-where/
