A dream to fill a life <br />void developing dream. <br /> <br /> <br />Life is boring <br />dull worthless <br />without purpose. <br />Reason destination. <br />Merely seen. <br />Seldom savoured. <br /> <br />Return attempt heart’s purpose. <br />Where felt mind wavering <br />incapable in controlling life's <br />work worsening situation. <br />Watched pain proliferating <br />in lesser loved cared for. <br /> <br />Knowing how hard. It is. <br />When we can do nothing. <br />Seen. So much. Pain palpitating. <br />It hurts more merciless now. <br />Than it ever did. <br /> <br />Kaleidoscopic fading faces. <br />Sediment sentiment. <br />Problems have not. <br />Made face fret stone. <br />Wearily worrying at bitterness. <br />Like a dog at a bone. <br /> <br />Did. Carrying choking chip <br />upon sore shoulders. <br />To drown <br />extant whole world in. <br />Nor broken yet. <br /> <br /> <br />Although always <br />felt broken. <br />Rose through <br />Adversity. <br />Like disembodied <br />mist <br />rising off <br />morning rocks. <br /> <br /> <br />It rained <br />floods floored us. <br />Washed feet <br />out beneath us. <br />Beat us <br />ever into welcoming mud. <br /> <br />In afflicted after-math <br />shaken sun <br />shines weakly through <br />before gathers strength <br />to shine bright new rays <br />assuring hope upon us. <br /> <br />Refugees raise flagellated faces <br />ever struggling again. <br />Summoning summer sun. <br />Survivors hoping holding light <br />to bathe battered bodies in. <br /> <br />Refugees feel faintly <br />to learn to rely <br />upon Stygian strengths. <br />Sealing a team a partnership. <br />In love life lusting facing. <br />All oppressive odds uncountered. <br /> <br />Moments misanthropic melancholy <br />failure frustrating fortitude. <br />May overwhelm mulled multitudes. <br />Together. Together we endure. <br />Alone.
