Lies addict its users <br />like drugs; <br />life becomes <br />habituated to be soaked <br />with lies <br />often working <br />as a mask to guard the truth. <br /> <br />Truth is the reality <br />but when not pleasant, <br />in a way not desirable - <br />it doesn't come to the surface. <br />Some believable rationale <br />is put in place to substantiate <br />the reason. <br />And that is lie - that is fib; <br />a fabrication yielded <br />to suppress the truth. <br /> <br />Lies whatsoever contemplated <br />to cover up the truth, <br />but not so dense enough <br />to curtain the reality behind, <br />as sun's radiance emerges <br />diluting the darkness of <br />the dense cloud, <br />the truth surfaces <br />piercing the clouds of falsehood. <br /> <br />Truth wins over the lies <br />in the eternal battle of life.<br /><br />Gautam Sen<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/triumph-of-truth/
