The shell around me <br /> <br /> <br />You look at me, eyes so sweet no matter what I see there’s no better for me. <br />I can say I've found someone I can care for; I can say I found someone that is true <br /> <br />And you know <br /> <br />I've been lost, I’ve been hurt, I’ve been down, I’ve never been lifted off the ground, my hard shell is o so hard to breech___ <br /> <br />For someone to see the real me, I cannot believe you’ve gotten past the shell I’ve made so strong, I can not believe you gotten into me, I cannot believe your in my shell now I see. <br /> <br />And still even knowing that <br /> <br />I’ve been lost, I’ve been hurt, I’ve been down, I’ve never been lifted off the ground, my hard shell is oh so hard to breech <br /> <br />With you I can say you saw the real me, for you know what’s really in me you see my pain, my love, my hate, ever thing that ever bothered me but <br />Then. You.
