My world spinning crazy <br />With thoughts so erratic, <br />So hard to think clear <br />Beyond all this static, <br />Mentally messed up <br />And self medicated, <br />My world in an uproar <br />I only wish you related, <br />To the words that I speak <br />Which are complicated, <br />Living through this life, <br />Knowing me that I hated. <br />My heart laying dormant, <br />Beneath my chest sits a stone <br />Awaiting eruption, <br />So the world can be shown. <br />With my lava spilling, <br />As my words fiercely flow, <br />I light up the night sky <br />Like no one you would know, <br />With flames that I'm spitting <br />That are seen north and south, <br />Listen to the words that, <br />I scream from my mouth. <br />A bomb buried inside, <br />Already now ticking <br />And soon is the end of, <br />My life I'm predicting, <br />Like the love I would share, <br />But could never commit <br />When I cared for your thoughts, <br />Before this life turned to s***. <br />So give me some feedback, <br />Should I go see a shrink? <br />Is it wrong that I'm writing, <br />All my thoughts when I think? <br />It just helps with the pain <br />That I feel deep inside, <br />These are my true thoughts <br />That for you I provide.<br /><br />Frank Acquafredda<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/what-lies-beneath-7/
