Drowning in ice coated tears, <br />Watching my world crumble around me, <br />A deep and everlasting darkness envelopes me, <br />As once more the path to love evades me, <br />Sadness eats away at every part of me, <br />Yet I know that love is both necessary and futile, <br />Too often love is the place where sadness prevails, <br />The song in my heart has become a funeral dirge, <br />Blackened wings envelope all that I have become, <br />A poison of hatred flows throughout my veins, <br />It chills my soul like a harsh winters day, <br />Will I ever breathe in the light of day again? <br />Addicted as I am, to the beautiful suicide of the night... <br /> <br />Spread the love...
