Relying upon another, <br />Can be the beginning of a strained relationship. <br />Especially if one believes, <br />Doing what they please... <br />When they please, <br />And 'if' they please... <br />Is going to be the highlight of it. <br /> <br />There are those with special needs, <br />Understandably are dependent. <br />But even most of them do their very best, <br />Not to pester or cause another stress. <br /> <br />Some people are born, <br />To be nurtured with beliefs... <br />That crowns on their heads, <br />Should be adorned and worn. <br />With a catering done... <br />From just about everyone. <br /> <br />And these are the people who make excuses for themselves. <br />With a delusion they sit on pedestals. <br />When they should be locked up in a padded cell. <br /> <br />Relying upon another, <br />Can be the beginning of a strained relationship. <br />Especially if one is fed from the beginning, <br />What they do is okay. <br />And whatever it is they do is permitted. <br /> <br />One needs to put a foot down on these clowns! <br />If not a swift kick up... <br />To signal, <br />The conducting of serious business is meant! <br /> <br />There is nothing like a good foot placement, <br />To prove to another... <br />Where lines are drawn to end the start, <br />Of any debate or long lasting argument.<br /><br />Lawrence S.
