World champion Joel Parkinson won the inaugural Oakley Pro Bali on Thursday (June 27th). SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/EDGEsport <br /><br />Joel Parkinson came from behind to win the Oakley Pro Bali - the fifth of ten stages on the 2013 ASP World Championship Tour.<br /><br />Parkinson had been trailing Michel Bourez for long spells until a series of impressive forehand combinations saw him overtake the Tahitian late on.<br /><br />That win marks Parkinson's first ASP WCT victory of the season and moves him up to third in the world rankings.<br /><br />And with typical enthusiasm, Joel Parkinson expressed his delight with victory and the event - <br /><br />SOUNDBITE (English) Joel Parkinson, Oakley Pro Bali winner:<br />"Amazing, amazing event to win.
