If you are enforcing your own limitations... <br />It is a waste of time to get upset, <br />Regretting others are not impressed... <br />To share what you address. <br /> <br />And 'if' someone has had it with your wishes, <br />To daily repeat what has been heard... <br />They do you a favor, <br />By telling you 'you' have gotten on their nerves. <br /> <br />And if after years they say nothing to you at all. <br />Or choose to eliminate any remnants of contact. <br />You should gift them with a nice present. <br />Since indirectly they have said to you, <br />Loud and clear... <br />Alone time in silence, <br />Is what is needed for you to hear... <br />'You are overdue to become introduced to truth.' <br /> <br />And this they can no longer prove... <br />Or argue against a self inflicting stubbornness. <br />What you need is something, <br />They can not 'knock' into your head! <br />Done they are... <br />With any more attempts to justify their patience. <br /> <br />You are overdue for a self examination. <br />One that is stripped away from pretensions.<br /><br />Lawrence S.
