I make no attempts, <br />To 'now' walk through doors, <br />That to me once had been closed. <br />Although it makes me happy for those, <br />Who today find those doors unblocked. <br /> <br />I walk on a path, <br />Not to stop and look back. <br />I am in a movement that presses forward. <br />And I am not one to take a rest, <br />To retrace or address the facts of my laid tracks. <br /> <br />I am one who adventures and explores. <br />You will not find me sitting in discussion, <br />Reminiscing times and places experienced... <br />I have traveled before. <br />Not even to do it if asked.<br /><br />Lawrence S.
