Inside 'noise', <br />Held within. <br />With a prevention to loosen a leash, <br />Keeping it tightly held from escaping the mind. <br />Needs for one to find a way, <br />To get it released. <br /> <br />These days lived, <br />Are not for the pretenders. <br />Being brave and bold and trying to uphold, <br />One's sanity. <br />Is neither healthy or condusive. <br />Especially if one is accustomed, <br />To the punching of walls and destroying furniture... <br />In a place one calls home.<br /><br />Lawrence S.
