Looking around and feeling my world <br />I was thinking about my worth <br />Didn’t know how to believe on time <br />I was invited on cloud nine. <br /> <br />Dressed up in white flowing gown <br />And by walking on the rainbow <br />I reached a beautiful town <br />And it was just wow. <br /> <br />I was taken to a castle <br />By a never seen wonder <br />I stood and waited there <br />Until called by the sound of thunder. <br /> <br />All the stars and all the clouds <br />Present there were wearing crown <br />The silver moon and the golden sun <br />Were sitting there and having fun. <br /> <br />I was more than surprised <br />When someone played a reprise <br />All of them knew me by name <br />Seemed like they were all my friends. <br /> <br />Then after a melodious sound <br />It felt like I was bound <br />By the unknown charm of prince <br />Couldn’t believe it was the wind. <br /> <br />The wind invited me to dance <br />It was my lucky chance <br />Living in a magical day <br />I was part of a fairytale. <br /> <br />Now it was time to leave <br />So soon couldn’t believe <br />The prince gave me a pearl <br />Telling me-“it is for you my girl.” <br /> <br />As I closed my eyes for a while <br />Everyone there just smiled <br />Now I was back on earth <br />In my hands was that pearl. <br /> <br />I was the happiest of all <br />Singing and dancing all alone <br />Thanks everyone in that world <br />Thank you prince for that pearl.<br /><br />Prachi Agrawal<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/dance-with-the-wind-2/
