A distant end to end—
In the length of
night, dies anxiety and
I find myself wrapped
around the hub of dreams
and a melody of
twinkling stars o’er blue
lulling winds surges
then ebbs at a window where
through crinkling
curtains a light pierces
softly sprawling itself in
falling shades on a
frosted ache smearing
things once seemed forever,
fashioned so love crazy
for my dear. Then, the
moon peers silver o’er her
gaze and she finds me
sojourning amid ancient
thoughts watching youth go
cuddling to the sound of
a brook lapping like a
tired old clock marking
our time to sleep
©2011 j.a.o.a.
©2011 Jose' Antonio Orellana Artolozaga

Jose' Antonio Orellana Artolozaga

http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/a-distant-end-to-end/
