emptiness over taking my life, <br />sadness turns into reality, <br />day dreams becoming an everyday episode, <br />lost, scared your never find your way back to happiness, <br />looking on your past trying to pick out the memories, <br />all that's coming to the surface is the weakness on both sides, <br />feelings drifting further away, <br />all the wonders in the world, all the answers left lingering <br />cant tell the difference from wrong or right, <br />bored of this fight <br />fed up of sitting alone at night trying with all my might to find whats missing <br />people tell me to hold on tightly to life <br />i turn my head, i see faces stare, not one hand held out <br />rapists take your dignity rip your inside apart and leave you for dead <br />men worm themselves into your life's, into your heart to stab you in the back <br />whilst telling you your worthless, <br />not only leaving scars on your heart they left there mark until im dead <br />just how low does someone has to see you <br />some have a bad up bringing yet they say hold on tightly <br />i would have said give up on life because they want to see you dead, <br />now im saying embrace every step you take, <br />life gets better it may takes years, <br />we all get there in the end <br />don't let your fears eat away at you, <br />i learnt im not alone there's people there who will reach out and grab your hand, <br />there are people who understand.. just be strong! !<br /><br />Charlene Rawson<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/dont-give-up-9/
