A beautiful woman, <br />as strong as a stone, <br />Her gorgeous eyes, <br />and golden skin tone. <br />A beautiful woman, <br />so loving, so kind, <br />I look into her eyes, <br />I see the pain, <br />We wished we'd never find. <br />But the eyes never lie! <br /> <br />I see this woman she's who, <br />I want to be, <br />An incredible woman, <br />I wish the whole world could see. <br />She makes out all's okay, <br />Hoping on one will see she's afraid. <br />But the eyes never lie. <br /> <br />An awful disease, <br />They tried to cure. <br />But doctors said, <br />They could do no more. <br />So she waited in pain, <br />'Till her dieing day. <br />But at least she's no longer in pain, <br />It has gone away. <br />Through it all, <br />She stayed so strong. <br />A wonderful legacy, <br />We wished could live on. <br />She tried and tried, <br />But the eyes never lie. <br /> <br />A beautiful woman, <br />None else could compete. <br />The type of woman, <br />I want to grow up to be. <br />A woman who only, <br />Saw the best in all. <br />Who didn't judge, <br />And always stood tall. <br />A woman so humble, <br />Honest and true, <br />She'd do all she could for you. <br />Whether it be a cuppa, a chat, <br />A hug or a laugh. <br />She always lead you, <br />Down the right path. <br />No words can describe, <br />How good she was. <br />None can replace, <br />The love we just lost. <br />So look into our eyes, <br />'Cos the eyes never lie. <br /> <br />So always question, <br />If someone's okay. <br />And help them cope, <br />When trouble comes their way. <br />Leave everyones heart imprinted, <br />So eventually on your last day. <br />A young girl just like me, <br />Want to change her ways.<br /><br />LoLo LaLa<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/eyes-never-lie/
