Federal Anti-Corruption Court on Tuesday granted bail to former PM yousaf Raza Gilani in 12 cases. The PPP workers raised anti-government slogans outside the court while cases were being heard. <br /> <br />The ex-PM was accompanied by Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon and Sharmeela Farooqi. <br /> <br />Gilani was granted bail in all cases against the bail bond worth Rs 1.2 million. <br /> <br />Talking to media after the court appearance, Yousaf Raza Gilani said PPP had always respected the courts. <br /> <br />A large number of PPP workers were already outside the court raising slogans before Gilani’s arrival. The workers also blocked Shahrah-e-Liaquat. <br /> <br />On the previous date of hearing, none of the accused including Gilani could appear before the court after which the court issued non-bailable warrants. <br /> <br />Gilani said that leadership of PPP had always faced such cases as earlier Benazir Bhutto and Asif Ali Zardari also faced trials. <br /> <br />Gilan’s attorney Farooq H Naek said FIA has instituted false cases against the ex-PM.
