Sat alone in the shadowing fields <br />Sat with thoughts that endlessly grow <br />Like weeds on fallen shields <br />Or wind that continues to blow <br /> <br />With a stab in the back I heal <br />With dying thoughts so low <br />The pain becomes surreal <br />Lost with no where to go <br /> <br />Like darkness in the afternoon <br />Or being left alone <br />My heart beat losses it's tune <br />Forgotten all It's ever known <br /> <br />My mind is painfully breaking <br />My breath is slow <br />My word is frantically shaking <br />I've become my own foe <br /> <br />When summer becomes winter <br />And sunshine turns to rain <br />All has become bitter <br />With tears full of pain <br /> <br />As Earth stops spinning <br />As shooting stars crash <br />You're no longer winning <br />But you continue gleaming <br /> <br />With all that is wrong <br />You always fight <br />You keep strong <br />Until all becomes right <br />Because it wont be long <br />Until you see the light <br />and find somewhere you belong <br />that's when you'll shine bright<br /><br />sam gale<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/with-all-that-is-wrong-you-always-fight/
