And then so many <br />Springs are faded out- <br />Now the age of the tree <br />Knocks the door of the death <br /> <br />Moon far from the tree, but <br />still shining, though <br />Soil of the graveyard <br />become yellow to grey- <br /> <br />‘O’ the river flows with <br />chime, but the tree bends <br />a little, but never <br />bloomed a flower again- <br /> <br />Time never waits for me <br />Though I wait for the time <br />‘O’ green fades to grey – <br />Is it the truth? <br /> <br />A few leaves hold it as a tree – <br />But meaningless the life <br />Meaningful if birds sit on the branch <br />of a tree and sing a melancholy song <br /> <br />‘O’ once I felt innocently beside her – <br />Meaningless to meaningful <br />Stones rolling through stream <br />become even and round, <br />but sharper to sharp less <br /> <br />‘O’ I am sitting and singing <br />beneath the tree and sometimes <br />On that branch when birds are <br />flying far from the tree - <br /> <br />'O’ Lord give me peace in my mind <br />When peace lies at haven <br />Let her to come back again to me- <br />When so many springs are faded out- <br /> <br />-Shaleheen,1st April,2013<br /><br />Musfiq us Shaleheen<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/when-so-many-springs-are-faded-out/
