Why we are all caught in the Web <br />Of illusion and magic <br />Which make us feel <br />That what we see through our eyes Is true <br />What we listen from others is true <br />The whole of situation make us feel its true. <br />Our thoughts may be different <br />While eyes may speak different <br />But the words we speak <br />May be quiet different from our Heart. <br /> <br />Why all the things come around us <br />One by one to make us believe <br />That our eyes, heart, words all are telling truth. <br />We feel all are telling truth. <br /> <br />Sometimes the truth may be quiet far away from <br />What we made conclusion... <br />And on basis of that we take a wrong action. <br />Its like the magician do the tricks <br />And create as illusion around us <br />Same way situation too play a tricks of illusion with us <br />And the peaceful life is disturbed to that extent <br />That there is no return back <br />And spoiled for ever. <br /> <br />A shadow did played tricks on me <br />Which I saw on the wall <br />Which made me scary for two days <br />Finally morning I concluded it may <br />Be the shadow of tree on wall. <br />Or some one might have passed through it. <br /> <br />I wonder sometimes <br />Isn't our lives itself not an illusion or <br />Situations playing tricks on us <br />And make our life tricky too. <br />Is it truth, just because we feel or sense all emotions? <br /> <br />Knowingly its a Magical Web.. <br />Still we like to get caught in it. <br />Or we have no choice, could be another reason.<br /><br />Geetha Jayakumar<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/caught-in-a-magical-web/
