There so many things that happen in this world and we lose focus <br />We forget the one who picked us up, Jesus <br />The more we try to get closer to Him, <br />The further we get from His throne <br />We don't know why things happen <br />And why we feel so alone <br /> <br />Yet we know that there's something greater out there <br />We just don't know where <br />We search, we seek <br />Our body is weary and meek <br />We ask God why <br />It's too hard to get by! <br /> <br />The Lord says, <br />Though you should walk through the valley of the shadow of death <br />You shall fear no evil <br />Cuz you hold my breath <br />We trust in Your ways <br />And we keep moving forward <br /> <br />We walk forward and never look back <br />The devil can't do jack <br />The devil's on crack <br />To think he can touch one of us <br />I guess he doesn't remember <br />That we've been saved by Jesus <br /> <br />Don't think twice <br />Take a step of faith <br />Our Savior is Christ <br />Don't worry about the worries to come <br />We'll get by one by one <br />God has said it is done <br /> <br />Give a little prayer and believe <br />You will achieve <br />The devil's a liar <br />So i set him on fire <br />While he walks dead and I in life <br />For i walk with Jesus Christ<br /><br />rafael barboza<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/don-t-worry-15/
