Never realized before this <br />The soft cloudy day without rain <br />Dry earth and pavement below <br />Where I can walk without fear <br /> <br />Of slipping. No sun, only slight <br />Breeze, green trees and birds <br />Crows, pigeons and pariah kites above <br />Make me enjoy the monsoon as much.. <br /> <br />I walk with my purple umbrella <br />But did not put it to use <br />Covered two thirds of skywalk <br />And came home in an hour. <br /> <br />Saw one big white Audi car <br />With those four rings in front <br />Violating the traffic signal <br />And rushing through. <br /> <br />Carrying some fence-sitter <br />To push against the red signal <br />I feel they should be stopped <br />And slapped: that is the poor me inside!<br /><br />Daniel Trevelyn Joseph<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/monsoon-without-rain/
