When Jesus walked upon this Earth, <br />Repentant hearts He met, <br />Such that they found some sense of worth <br />That overcame regret... <br />He changed their minds so they could live, <br />He blessed them one by one, <br />You see, they learnt God would forgive, <br />When they believed God's Son... <br /> <br />But Jesus didn't leave things there, <br />With words and nothing more, <br />He proved how much God chose to care, <br />When He fulfilled God's Law... <br />Thus Easter overwhelms all doubt <br />When prophecies convince, <br />That's what the Cross is all about, <br />God pardons sinners' sins... <br /> <br />Repentance means to think again, <br />God's views now uppermost, <br />With Pentecost the moment when <br />God sent the Holy Ghost... <br />Outpoured upon all flesh that day, <br />God's grace was symbolised, <br />In Jesus' Name they chose to pray, <br />The day they were baptised! <br /> <br /> <br />Denis Martindale, copyright, April 2014. <br /> <br /> <br />The Revelation TV website and watch now details <br />can be found on Google.
