These days seem to pass by <br />With always an added sigh <br />It all goes to fast <br />Special moments never last <br />I cry at the thought of this <br />And certain people, I start to miss <br />Why does this happen to me <br />There seems to be no reason at all, at least none that I can see <br />I've seen them only yesterday <br />But I still miss them anyway <br />Days pass by <br />So do my unexpected cries <br />I saw them again today <br />I talk to them, but never telling them what I really want to say <br />I look at their picture <br />Wishing I was there <br />But these days don't slow down <br />I think with a frown <br />Days pass by, no stopping it at all <br />My mind is clear, but then someone pops into my head and I start to bawl <br />What if they die, what if I die <br />I won't be able to say what I truly feel, shouldn't I <br />Shouldn't I not be worried <br />I am thinking soon one of us will be buried <br />I doubt any of us will truly soon die, but the worrying is still inside <br />I want them by my side <br />Days pass by <br />I'm telling them now, I cry <br />I go to them, telling what I really feel <br />And what is different from fake and real <br />They tell me they know what I mean <br />I give them a hug, not caring about the scene <br />Because what I feel is so real, so true <br />I know I will never forget you<br /><br />Hannah Unknownnnnnn<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/days-pass-by/
