Whenever the winds past my face blow <br />One nostril chokes at the stench too <br />Rarely am I at fault; it is those afar <br />Lawmakers, my president, and all <br />Dare I mention me in the herd! <br /> <br />Everything that goes wrong I stare <br />Nothing will I do; I am clean <br />Venomous verdicts I see on TV, <br />Ideas I have and keep kill the kiwi <br />Rarely do I even report a poacher <br />Obstruction of destruction is not my motto <br />Neither is initiating personal or collective action <br />Mainly, I think activism is hooliganism <br />Explaining why I take a passive role <br />Negating that which kills me with a spin <br />Totally ignorant of environmental derangement <br /> <br />Drought and famine will leave me dead <br />And yet I let them uproot my cassava <br />Yawn!
