I feel pointless, no place at all <br />Ive heard the rows, watched loved ones fall <br />Got everything I wanted when I was younger <br />But I stand today drenched in hunger <br /> <br />Hunger of love and of happiness <br />They all disappear, something I will truly miss <br />I cant think straight, my minds went blank <br />The feeling of emotion has truly sank <br /> <br />I am confused with life and what is meant of me <br />I cant open the door, no lock, no key <br />I'm stuck in this game with no escape <br />No reset button, not even a debate <br /> <br />I'm surrounded by people who care but moan <br />But where I stand I feel so alone <br />Have you ever felt as useless as this? <br />If I were you id give it a miss <br /> <br />Its at the point were reality is fake <br />Dreams are real, which I cannot rate <br />I'm stuck here now, till the end of time <br />In an empty box, emotionless mime <br /> <br />But the dream of escape never leaves my side <br />I know how to end this, its suicide <br />Suicide is my only option I cant achieve <br />Am I scared of the pain or the fact ill leave? <br /> <br />Pain should be at the top of the list <br />It shows me that life does exist <br />All the facts thats obviously there <br />But theres still a black hole, I cant seem to care <br /> <br />I have to make do, and suffer this life <br />Until I grab a hold of the mirrored knife <br />Cut my arms, see tainted blood <br />Tainted with hate, I die with a thud<br /><br />Neil Adams<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/reality-is-fake-2/
