It is easier to see, <br />The same things done... <br />By the same people doing them, <br />Over and over again. <br />With nothing achieved, <br />Or accomplishments completed... <br />As seen from a distance. <br />And with thoughts reminisced. <br /> <br />And upon one's return, <br />From travels sojourned... <br />No matter what the length of time, <br />With an experiencing of life and lessons learned. <br />What goes on as witnessed, <br />Gets even easier to ignore unlike what was viewed... <br />At a time before. <br />But gone is the attachment, <br />With a showing of indifference.<br /><br />Lawrence S.
