Feeling Blessed. <br />And with each day I am more receptive. <br />Less inclined am I to accept a restlessness. <br />With a peace of mind, <br />That having an openness... <br />Achieves and gets. <br /> <br />And... <br />How you doin? <br /> <br />'I aint so lucky, <br />To have my life that way. <br />I have to get up to go to work! <br />And be annoyed everyday. <br /> <br />My life aint nuthin'... <br />But ups and downs. <br />I've got bills to pay! <br />And my creditors are always around.' <br /> <br />Oh! <br />So you're saying, <br />That's the way you choose to live? <br />Looking for something to complain about. <br />And deciding there's no reason, <br />To be positive. <br /> <br />'No! <br />I'm not saying that at all. <br />That's just the way my life is. <br />I can not afford to fantasize, <br />Like 'some' people who pretend... <br />They've got it made, <br />With no pot to piss in!
