Lahore High Court on Friday decided to take action against those who have not submitted their replies in a case pertaining to politicians’ foreign assets. <br />Justice Khalid Mehmood Khan heard the case. <br />During today’s proceeding, lawyers of Imran Khan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Aitzaz Ahsan and Asma Jahangir appeared in the court. <br />Asma Jahangir told court that the politicians have been insulted due to notice through the newspaper. <br />She said only one notice was received and after that names were published in the newspaper. <br />On this, Justice Khalid Mehmood Khan suggested Asma Jahangir to submit a written reply if she has any objection on the petition. <br />Asma Jahangir argued that the petition is not even admissible in the court. <br />Meanwhile, the court has decided to take action against those politicians who have failed to submit their response. <br />The case hearing has been adjourned till September 17.
