They are standing in line hoping for a chance to flee eastern Ukraine.<br/> <br />People have packed what they can, and now they wait to see where they can go -- and in some cases for how long.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Russian) NATALIA, LUHANSK RESIDENT MOVING TO ASTRAKHAN (RUSSIA), SAYING:<br/> <br />"How and where should I go?
