The unknown plainclothes man along with other policemen besides Gullu Butt was identified as Police Constable Riaz Babar. <br />The Gullu Butt type character, carrying pistols in both hands, also opened firing on the Awami Tehreek workers (PAT). <br />According to Dunya News sources, Riaz Babar is serving as Police Constable at Model Town Division. <br />Babar is a black sheep of police department who had been arrested several times for robberies but this ‘Gullu Butt’ always got relief due to police authorities backing. <br />Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has taken notice of report aired by Dunya News and ordered to arrest the accused.
