One of the most popular dishes that comes to our mind when we talk of Chinese cuisine is Schezwan Rice. <br />Check out chef Ruchi Bharani's take on this popular Chinese dish. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 bunch finely chopped spring onion <br />1 tsp. finely chopped garlic <br />1 or 2 whole red chilli <br />100 gms finely chopped carrot <br />100 gms french beans <br />2-3 tbsp. schezwan sauce <br />3 tbsp. oil <br />Salt to taste <br />1 1/2 cup rice <br />1 tsp. soya sauce <br />2 tbsp. vinegar <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Heat oil in a wok. <br />- Once the oil is hot, add the garlic, red chili, french beans and carrots and stir fry these vegetables on a high flame for about 1 minute. <br />- Add schezwan sauce to the above ingredients and mix it well with the veggies. <br />- Add a little bit of soya sauce and vinegar along with the boiled rice and mix all the ingredients well. <br />- Add salt to taste and toss the rice and vegetables to mix all the ingredients well. <br /> <br />Director: Vaibhav Dhandha <br />Camera: Kawaldeep Singh Jangwal, Manjeet Kataria <br />Editing: Sagar Bamnolikar <br />Creative Head: Kavya Krishnaswamy <br />Producer: Rajjat A.
