They say you're only human <br />so you can sin a lot <br />but if you act like animals <br />then I guess you're not <br />because you know that humans <br />were made in the form of God <br /> <br />and God doesn't say it's okay <br />why did He make the flood? <br />so why must you down-grade <br />and reject His love? <br />why can't you live in the Spirit <br />and not follow fleshly lusts? <br /> <br />You know He's destroyed cities <br />to try and purify us <br />so why do you mock Him, <br />up there on the cross <br />'You tried to make us perfect, <br />but look what we'll become.' <br /> <br />They say nobody's perfect <br />but without God I guess you're not <br />but that's nothing to be proud of <br />can't you just admit you're lost? <br />ask Him to come into your soul <br />and purify your heart?<br /><br />Jeremy Rodgers<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/only-human-14/
