Everybody knows by now that the Isle of Man TT is a race like no other. With racers navigating their machines through closed public roads at average speeds of over 130mph you could be forgiven for thinking that this event is all about the rider. Well, while they provide the thrills and spills on the track there is a dedicated team back in the paddock making sure they can do their job.
