Actor Shia LaBeouf is making headlines again, and it's not for the paper bag he famously wore on this head.<br/> <br />The "Transformers" star was arrested Thursday night inside New York's Studio 54 theater during a performance of "Cabaret."<br/> <br />The disheveled actor was seen leaving a Manhattan courtroom Friday morning after his arraignment.<br/> <br />The 28-year-old was charged with several counts of disorderly conduct, harassment and trespassing.<br/> <br />Witnesses say LaBeouf was disturbing Friday night's performance, using obscene language, smoking in the theater, and refusing to stop.<br/> <br />He was escorted out during intermission, and that's when police say he became belligerent and officers had to be called in.<br/> <br />Two theater-goers told local media they saw LaBeouf stumbling inside the theater bar with a torn shirt and behaving bizarrely.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: WITNESS TINA MARIE MILLER SAYING:<br/> <br />"Honestly, I wasn't thinking of drunk or drugs.
