South Sudan's poorest children are being sucked back into a cycle of neglect and abuse. The resumption of fighting six months ago has uprooted more than a million people and devastated communities. Children, out of school and on the streets, are the most vulnerable to exploitation and sexual abuse of young girls is all-too-frequent.
