Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) chief Sirajul Haq has called the Federal government efforts for IDPs as inadequate and wanted to declare KPK as an affected area. <br /> <br />While talking in a press conference here, the JI chief said that the government should have called APC before starting the operation in North Waziristan. <br />He further said that many of the North Waziristan residence have migrated to Afghanistan and they should come back as they are our brothers. <br />Siraj Ul Haq further said that more 7 lac people have already been displaced and he appealed the people to help IDPs in the time of need. <br />He demanded that federal government provide Rs50, 000 to each homeless family. <br />“It would have been better if the government had convened an APC before launching the military offensive,” he commented.
