Investigators gather evidence at the scene of an attack on a bus in Afghanistan.<br /> <br />The vehicle was carrying military personnel in the capital, Kabul, when a suicide bomber hit, killing eight and wounding thirteen.<br /> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Dari) ABDUL KABIR, EYEWITNESS AND RESIDENT OF THE AREA SAYING:<br /> <br />"While I was walking on this road suddenly I heard a huge explosion, after that I saw smoke and dust covering the area, I rushed to see what happened when I reached the area there were seven to eight people martyred and wounded, we took all of them into a car and sent them hospital."<br /> <br />The violence comes amid heightened political tensions over the disputed second round of the presidential elections.<br /> <br />The results were to have been released on Wednesday, but they are likely to be delayed as allegations of vote rigging are investigated.<br /> <br />Afghanistan has seen an increase in attacks from insurgents as the country waits for new leader to be chosen and as international troops
