Also shot was Kamiya's cousin 13-year-old Chelsea Lancaster, who is still in critical condition. <br /> <br />http://www.cbsnews.com/news/2-year-old-mich-girl-gunned-down-in-possible-revenge-plot/ <br /> <br />Police arrested a suspect Wednesday morning and said they were seeking another. <br /> <br />A 26-year-old Inkster man faces charges including first-degree murder in connection to a shooting which killed a 2-year-old girl and injured two other people, one of which is a 12-year-old girl who is in critical condition. <br /> <br />Raymone Bernard Jackson is accused of shooting and killing 2-year-old Kamiya Gross about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 30000 block of Carlyle Street. It's alleged Jackson also shot Kamiya's father, 34-year-old Kenneth French, and 12-year-old Chelsea Lancaster, a friend of the family. <br /> <br />Jackson is charged with premeditated first-degree murder, torture, assault with intent to murder, felonious assault and felon in possession of a firearm. He was arraigned Thursday afternoon at Inkster's 22nd District Court.
