Thai army rangers have discovered some 103 migrants locked inside a cramped, rented house on the country’s border with Cambodia<br /><br />They are believed to have been illegally brought over from Cambodia.<br /><br />The Thai junta has set up several one-stop service centres in Thailand to facilitate the legalisation of migrant workers. <br /><br />Nine of the 103 discovered had applied for work permits through this system.<br /><br />However, not all Cambodians are aware of this system and some are lured into paying to enter the country illegally.
