Ahmed Abu Khatallah, the suspected organizer of the deadly 2012 Benghazi consulate attack, could face more criminal charges.<br/> <br />Prosecutor Michael DiLorenzo told a federal judge Tuesday that more charges will be filed because the government believes Khatallah was motivated by extremist ideology when he planned the attacks.<br/> <br />The assault on the consulate left four Americans dead, including the U.S. ambassador.<br/> <br />Khatallah has pleaded not guilty to a conspiracy charge.
