Cinnamon<br />3 Tbsp. Nutmeg<br />1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract<br />1 lb. powdered sugar<br />1 lb. brown sugar<br /><br />Instructions:<br />Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.<br />Mix with a hand mixer until smooth.<br />Freeze and use as needed.
