I had already called 6 flooring companies with no success. Mr. Brown offered to order a case and sell me a gallon. I had previously ordered it online, and the shipping cost was prohibitive. Not only did he charge me the same amount I had paid on the internet, he did not charge for shipping and delivered it to my door. His great customer service included updating me with a delivery estimate and calling to arrange delivery at my convenience.
