An Australian national with suspected links to foreign Islamist militants is arrested by police in the Philippines.<br/> <br />SWAT teams with Australian Federal Police surprised Robert Cerantonio -- a Muslim convert -- at his apartment near the airport.<br/> <br />Police said he arrived in the Philippines in early February and began recruiting for the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.<br/> <br />He also allegedly urged Philippine Muslims to support conflicts in Iraq and Syria using social media sites.
