The Ethisphere Institute and AECOM co-hosted the second annual “Best Practices in Ethics Communications Workshop” at the iconic New York Stock Exchange, New York, United States.<br /><br />The theme, “Working across the C-suite,” focused on leveraging internal communication strategies to create an ethical business culture that engages staff and enables organizations to earn and maintain the World’s Most Ethical Companies designation, a recognition awarded to firms that demonstrate leadership in embracing ethical business practices that raise the standard for industry peers and corporate behavior.<br /><br />"A focus on ethics within internal and external communications is the right thing to do; it is also critical to the life of your organization," said Paul Gennaro, AECOM’s senior vice president and chief communications officer, and chair of Ethisphere’s Communications Advisory Board.
