Aid distribution among internally displaced people (IDPs) from North Waziristan is underway, Dunya News reported on Friday. <br />Earlier, ex-PM Yousaf Raza Gilani and opposition leader Khurshid Shah visited Bannu where they were briefed by Brigadier Mukhtar. <br />Talking to media on the occasion, Yousaf Raza Gilani said that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has formed a committee headed by Khurshid Shah to help IDPs. <br />He urged the government exempt IDPs camps from power cuts. <br />Leader of the opposition Khurshid Shah said that Bannu population has increased to two million due to influx of affectees from North Waziristan Agency. <br />He said problems faced by the IDPs will be discussed with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
