Ingredients:<br />2 cups (500 mL) whipping / heavy / 35% cream<br />1 can (300 mL) condensed milk<br />1 tsp (5 mL) pure vanilla extract<br />3 Tbsp (45 mL) chocolate liqueur<br />3/4 cup (175 mL) chopped chocolate chips<br /><br />Method:<br /><br />Chop the chocolate chips. <br /><br />Whisk together the condensed milk, vanilla, and liqueur. In another bowl whip the cream to stiff peaks.<br /><br />Gently fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream. Fold in the chocolate chips. Transfer to a freezer safe dish and freeze at least 4-6 hours.
