ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: North Korean state media on Friday released footage of leader Kim Jong Un watching rockets being fired at a strategic force unit near the country's western border.<br/> <br />The North's state-run KRT also showed Kim speaking to military officials at the unit.<br/> <br />Kim called on troops to be prepared for combat, KRT said. It did not specify when the video was shot.<br/> <br />North Korea routinely fires short-range missiles or rockets into waters off its east and west coasts.<br/> <br />The North is subject to U.N. sanctions for its missile and nuclear programmes and has threatened to conduct a fourth nuclear test.<br/> <br />North and South Korea are still technically at war after the 1950-53 Korean War ended in a truce, not a peace treaty.
